As Louisa's Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney Rusty helped establish Louisa Child Safety Initiative "CSI" Louisa. CSI Louisa has sent dozens of predators to prison who chose to prey on children. CSI Louisa also takes an active role in educating parents and childen so children do not become victims.
